We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Float Pool team at King of Prussia Nursing&Rehab in King of Prussia, PA. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care and supervising patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
