Requirements for Culinary Team Members:
Must be at least 16 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all customers entering and exiting the establishment.
  • Provide outstanding customer interactions by being friendly and courteous.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring freshness and quality.
  • Express appreciation to customers in a meaningful way.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and notify management as needed.
  • Make thoughtful suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently take orders from the carry-out counter.
  • Answer phone calls in a prompt and polite manner.
  • Store food items following established safety and labeling practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, addressing spills and hazards immediately.
  • Communicate any concerns regarding food production and kitchen operations to supervisors.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment for proper functionality and report issues promptly.
  • Utilize safe food handling techniques.
  • Have a solid understanding of menu items and pricing.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support fellow staff members to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain inventory of food items.
  • Acquire knowledge of oven and cutting counter procedures.
  • Prepare menu items consistently while adhering to recipes.
  • Complete assigned cleaning and preparation tasks.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods.
