Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Professional to oversee the preparation and execution of menu items in our Afterwords Cafe. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and temperature control.
• Leading a team of cooks to ensure seamless kitchen operations and efficient food production.
• Developing and implementing new recipes, menus, and culinary concepts to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Collaborating with front-of-house managers to ensure effective communication and menu item management.
• Ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols and maintaining a clean working environment.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing kitchen resources efficiently.
