Solar Energy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Energy Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sunlux.

The ideal candidate will be a free thinker who can add value to our organization, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and principles.
You will install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties, perform site assessments, and coordinate with project managers and team members.
- Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties
- Perform site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely and efficient installation
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar system installations
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
**Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial solar installation
- Proficiency in installing solar PV systems, including mounting, wiring, and connecting components
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and principles
- Has own power tools
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
