Job Description
As an emergency room nurse (RN ER), you will be the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care. You will treat patients suffering from trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, providing necessary care, monitoring health conditions, administering medicine, and utilizing medical equipment. Once the patient's condition is stabilized, you will determine whether they should be discharged or make arrangements for further hospital stay.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in the specialty and hold an active RN license. Your ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential.
