Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality assurance inspections during the Anodizing and Blasting stages, and Clean Room labeling.

• Perform First Article inspections with attention to detail.
• Conduct semi-complex visual inspections for critical features based on blueprint/drawing specifications.
• Inspect labels in a Clean Room environment to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Accurately document data on job orders for traceability purposes.
• Cross-train to perform simple to complex mechanical/dimensional inspections.
• Maintain inspection equipment to ensure proper operation and detect malfunctions.
• FOLLOW inspection instructions/routines for equipment maintenance.
• Record observations and make recommendations for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of two years' experience in visual inspection of labels and/or color.
• Ability to read and interpret general inspection procedures, work instructions, and document entries accurately.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings.
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external customers.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.
