Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Maintenance Planning to join our team. As a key member of our Reliability Engineering Department, you will be responsible for managing maintenance planners and ensuring the effective planning and execution of maintenance activities across various crafts and maintenance shops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance planning strategies to optimize maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Manage a team of maintenance planners to ensure timely and effective planning of maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop plans to address them
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to maintenance and reliability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance planning, operations, or a related field
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CMMS and Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
