Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned Audit Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with guiding the audit team, managing audit procedures, and guaranteeing exceptional service delivery to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing strategic leadership and support to the audit team.
- Collaborating with clients and partners to formulate comprehensive audit plans.
- Overseeing audit engagements, evaluating workpapers, and conducting field assessments.
- Serving as the principal contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
- Identifying and mitigating audit risks while implementing effective controls.
- Keeping abreast of current accounting standards and industry developments.
- Promoting process enhancements and encouraging innovative practices.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; CPA certification is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
