We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team at DBMC Restaurants dba. Cody's Original Roadhouse. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction with every meal.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and meet guest needs.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, management, and colleagues to ensure accurate orders, resolve issues, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Time Management: Manage multiple tables, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adaptability: Remain flexible and composed in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and guest needs.
- Age and Language: Be of legal age to serve alcohol and able to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
- Mathematical Skills: Possess basic mathematical skills to handle cash, credit card transactions, and make change.
- Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, move quickly and efficiently, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Knowledge and Skills: Possess a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel, and have thorough knowledge of the steps of service and all their components.
As a Server at DBMC Restaurants dba. Cody's Original Roadhouse, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
