About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our Analog-Mixed/Signal group, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, innovative, and efficient hard IPs to our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-speed PLL and clocking circuits, including RO/LC oscillators, drivers, phase interpolators, dividers, TDC, DTC, and reference circuits.
  • Develop System Verilog models and perform behavioral simulations to investigate new clocking architectures' performance and function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of analog and digital components.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our designs.
Requirements
  • BSEE with 8+ years of relevant experience in high-speed analog/mixed-signal architecture and circuit design.
  • Deep understanding of PLL and clocking fundamentals, including phase noise, jitter analysis/budgeting, and loop dynamics.
  • Excellent teamwork and productivity/scripting skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong innovation, self-learning, leadership skills, and a growth mindset.
