Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Laboratory Operations: Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of laboratory operations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all laboratory tests and procedures meet regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to laboratory personnel on new test procedures and equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may impact laboratory test results or operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC principles and regulations (CAP, CLIA, etc.).
