We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper Lead to join our team at Ardent Health. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all facilities, including restrooms, examination rooms, and common areas.
• Perform physical tasks that require bending, stretching, and lifting moderate to heavy loads.
• Restock supplies and materials as needed.
• Ensure that all facilities are clean and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
