Beauty Advisor Role at Ulta Beauty

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make eye contact and greet each guest entering the store
  • Determine each guest's needs and answer questions about products and services
  • Partner with management to ensure guest needs are met
  • Recommend additional and complementary products and/or services to enhance the guest experience

As a Beauty Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and services, including skincare, haircare, and makeup. You will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and product launches, and to provide expert advice to our guests.
