About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified Academic Clinician in Cardiology to join our team at the University of Pennsylvania. As a key member of our Division of Cardiology, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, teaching and mentoring junior faculty, and contributing to the development of innovative clinical programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the General Cardiology Service, Electrophysiology, Pulmonary Hypertension, Catheterization/Interventional Laboratory, Heart Failure/Heart Transplant, Echocardiography, and Fetal Echocardiography
  • Teach and mentor junior faculty, residents, and medical students on topics in general cardiology
  • Develop and implement innovative clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and educational materials
  • Participate in departmental and institutional committees

Requirements

  • MD or equivalent degree
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Cardiology
  • Excellent clinical and teaching skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
