Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Plan, control, and direct all cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal functions within the healthcare facility to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Model key leadership behaviors, coach employees, and develop team members to their fullest potential within the organization.
  • Financial Management: Build revenue, manage budget, and ensure cost controls with regard to labor, supply, and inventory.
  • Client and Customer Relations: Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationship.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • At least five to seven years of experience in healthcare environmental services.
  • Up to two to three years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
