Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic home health care team as a Full-Time Home Care Nurse. As a Home Care RN, you will deliver exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest standard of medical attention and support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, following physician's orders and working under the guidance and supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering not only medical care but also emotional support and reassurance during their health journeys.
- Monitor patient progress to ensure accomplishment of patient goals and provide appropriate care for a range of physician-ordered treatments.
- Minimum of one (1) year recent experience as a professional nurse in a clinical setting. Home Health experience preferred.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to keep confidential information regarding patients, team members.
- Able to withstand crisis situations.
- Has skills to provide customer service to patients, team members, and visitors.
- Proof of current/valid car insurance.
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Health Records.
- Valid DL with no more than 3 moving violations.
- RN - Registered Nurse.
- BLS - Basic Life Saving certification.
