SDI Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Director to join our team. As a key member of our financial leadership team, you will be responsible for leading all financial planning and analysis activities across the company.

The successful candidate will have significant expertise with data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with external stakeholders and our Senior Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and possess a high sense of urgency. Experience with PeopleSoft, nVision, and PCBS is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the company's annual budgeting and planning process.
  • Ensure the continued design and effective operation of appropriate controls and monitoring of the company's performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop, lead, and manage core treasury activities across SDI, including daily cash management, financial risk management, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Support the company's Senior Leadership Team to evaluate and position new business and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize working capital and cash flow availability across the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required with concentration in finance and/or accounting or comparable business field preferred.
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in relevant accounting, treasury, and/or financial leadership roles.
  • Significant expertise with data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
