Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Reliant Rehabilitation. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitation services to patients in skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including screening and evaluation, development of treatment plans, and discharge planning.
  • Supervise and direct occupational therapy assistants and rehab techs to ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources.
  • Build and maintain a strong occupational therapy program, enhancing clinical expertise and professional skills through ongoing education and training.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Reliant Rehabilitation's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited school of occupational therapy.
  • Valid certification from the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Valid Occupational Therapist state license (where applicable).
  • Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
