Your Role:


As a Practical Nurse, you will be crucial in ensuring the health and comfort of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, administering prescribed medications, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and overseeing the execution of care plans.

Key Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
- Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions
- Supervise and assist Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols

Compensation

USD $42.00 /Hr.

  • Qualifications for the Practical Nurse Role:
- Valid State of Maine License (LPN)
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill
- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
