Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Café Attendant to join our team. As a Café Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized café area, including counters, tables, and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
- Assist with food preparation, including making coffee and tea
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a cash register
