About the Role

As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized plans of care for patients with speech and language disorders. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients with speech and language disorders
  • Provide home-based skilled speech therapy care for patients as directed by the attending physician

  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to plans of care as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Current license as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Speech Therapist in an acute care setting
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
