Job Overview

JBA International is seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join their Civil Litigation practice in Glendale, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical records review and analysis, frequent client contact, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate each case, gathering and analyzing intake information and relevant documents.
  • Verify insurance coverage and liability issues and maintain contact with insurance company.
  • Monitor case status and provide recommendations.
  • Request records on an ongoing basis and review and analyze records.
  • Organize and maintain case files, preparing files to be submitted.

Requirements:

  • Labor & Employment or personal injury experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
