Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our dynamic team. As an LPN/LVN at Aveanna Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, providing one-on-one care to patients in their own homes. With a focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care, we empower our nurses to take ownership of their practice and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an LPN/LVN at Aveanna Healthcare will include:
- Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting
- Conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to meet patient needs
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient care
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- An active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
