Job Responsibilities- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes, ensuring the highest level of care.
- Administer medications as ordered, with accurate documentation and attention to detail.
- Transport patients as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of the healthcare team.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Medical-Surgical setting.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as follow verbal instructions.
- Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, and move equipment (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, and bending.
