As a TeamHealth physician, you will have the autonomy to create your ideal schedule and work environment. Our productivity-based model offers uncapped earning potential, allowing you to maximize your income and achieve your financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality primary care services in post-acute care facilities, including skilled nursing and assisted living.
- Drive safe, effective, and cost-efficient patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and adhere to CMS guidelines.
- Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for seamless patient transitions.
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and oversight to clinicians within facilities.
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $206,000 to $277,000 annually, with no cap on productivity income potential. You will also enjoy a sign-on bonus of $10,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Details:- Monday through Friday schedule.
- Patient volume: 20 patients per day.
- Background in providing primary care in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, urgent care, PM&R, or geriatrics.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
