Responsibilities

  • Prescribe and manage medication therapies, including monitoring for potential side effects and interactions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences, medical history, and current health status.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, agencies, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas.
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
