The Cincinnati Reds seek a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Ambassador to join their team at Great American Ball Park. As a key member of the ballpark staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences throughout the venue.

This role involves working in an outdoor environment with long hours on your feet, exposure to varying weather conditions, and physical demands such as lifting heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) and standing for extended periods. The successful candidate must be able to work a minimum of 39 home games during the season, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and weekday afternoon games.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Assist with crowd management and safety protocols during events.
  • Lift, carry, and transport large boxes and items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
