Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technician to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and support of various multimedia equipment, including televisions, speakers, surveillance cameras, and motorized shades. In addition to installation tasks, the Technician will troubleshoot technical issues, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the setup of both hardware and software components.


Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to diverse job sites to install and configure new equipment.
  • Run wiring in both new constructions and existing structures.
  • Install audio/video and security products effectively.
  • Guide customers on the fundamental operation of their new systems.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices on-site.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Keep precise records of all maintenance and repairs conducted.

Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in audio/video or security system installation.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Able to perform well in high-pressure or fast-paced settings.
  • OSHA 10 certification is required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Work Schedule
  • Standard 8-hour shift from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
