Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled School-Based Therapist Team Lead to join our Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapy Services team at Dayton Children's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide short-term behavioral health services to patients and their families, including diagnostic assessments, individual and family-based psychotherapy, and crisis intervention as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients and families to develop individualized treatment plans that address identified areas of concern.
  • Assist patients and their families in understanding ways to manage symptoms and behaviors attributed to behavioral health diagnoses.
  • Deliver clinical services to patients, their families, and other significant individuals.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with other providers as warranted.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work.
  • LSW/LPC licensure required; LISW/LPCC licensure preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
