Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough observations and documentation of construction progress for civil projects related to infrastructure development, including roads, bridges, water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, and pipelines.
- Collaborate with field representatives and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies or conflicts within the documents.
- Provide guidance and support to less-experienced field staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure project success.
- Technical school or associate degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as TXAPA HMACP Inspector Certification.
- Ability to interpret construction schedules and plans.
- Preferred geographical location of work between Georgetown and Waco, TX.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and be subject to random and cause drug and alcohol testing.
- A commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture.
