Regional Van Truckload Driver Opportunity

**Overview**

Schneider is seeking a Regional Van Truckload driver to join our team. As a Regional Van Truckload driver, you will have the opportunity to drive within the Eastern 37 states and enjoy a high volume of freight with predictable power lanes. This role offers consistent freight, allowing for maximum drive time and less downtime. You will be dispatched in advance, enabling improved planning and a 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight experience. Additionally, you will have the flexibility to pick your schedule with two consecutive days off.

**Pay and Bonus Potential**

As a Regional Van Truckload driver, you will receive mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. You will also be eligible for weekly performance pay and a sign-on bonus of up to $4,000 in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers. Inexperienced drivers can receive a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 in 12 monthly payments. You will also have access to paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, and 6 days of holiday pay per year. Furthermore, you can earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year as an annual bonus.

**Qualifications**

To be eligible for this role, you must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). If you need CDL training, Schneider offers company-paid CDL training programs or you can call us at 800-447-7433 for more information.
