About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Conduit, a leading infrastructure platform for Ethereum. As a Rollup Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and expanding our Rollup-as-a-Service platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop custom precompiles and whitelisted contract deployers to create new or more efficient functionality.
  • Help expand our support for emerging L2s and contribute to defining Conduit's product strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to architect, build, and deploy systems, services, and integrations that connect our rollups with other ecosystem partners.
  • Debug problems across the stack, including networking issues, performance problems, or memory leaks.
  • Own problems end-to-end and be willing to pick up new knowledge to get the job done.
Requirements
  • Strong background in distributed systems, cryptography, and network protocols.
  • Experience hacking on various rollups, understanding underlying components, and having opinions about trade-offs.
  • Experience with EVM node software and a deep understanding of the EVM and external tooling integration.
  • Familiarity with multiple programming languages, including Golang, Rust, and Solidity.

We utilize a mix of React, Javascript/Typescript, Go, Rust, and Postgres, and value experience with these technologies. However, we are primarily looking for engineers with strong technical skills and the ability to quickly pick up new tools and frameworks.
