We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers at Always Best Care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to seniors and their families in the Glenview, Des Plaines, Niles, and Highland Park areas.

About the Role

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, including:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing transportation to appointments and errands
  • Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
Requirements

To be successful as a Caregiver, you will need:

  • Two years of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • A valid driver's license and proof of current car insurance
  • English proficiency and excellent communication skills
  • Two professional references
  • A COVID vaccination card (preferred but not required)
  • The ability to pass a background check
