Job SummaryWe're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at The Willows at East Lansing, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and services for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents.
