Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care to ill/injured patients at referring facilities and during transports to receiving facilities.
- Relay information regarding patient condition to medical control physicians and work with team members and medical control to develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care for each patient.
- Comply with Pedi-Flite policy and procedure, hospital policies, and regulatory agency requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement and marketing for the Pedi-Flite program and serve as an educator and special resource provider of critical care services.
- Model appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Technical degree or diploma: Paramedic (required)
- Driving an ambulance, Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic experience
- Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - American Heart Association, BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association, Paramedic Mississippi - Mississippi State Department of Health, Pediatric Advanced Life Support - American Heart Association
