Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the upkeep and repair of all equipment and assets within the facility
  • Guarantee that all maintenance work adheres to Life Safety code regulations and is completed to a superior standard
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing direction and support as necessary
  • Create and enforce maintenance schedules and operational procedures
  • Track and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Maintain accurate and current maintenance records
  • Address urgent maintenance requests promptly
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Maintenance Director or in a comparable position
  • In-depth knowledge of Life Safety code regulations
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in prioritizing and managing various tasks
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
