Job Title: Lead Dog Groomer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Dog Groomer to join our team at Scenthound. As a key member of our grooming team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to our canine clients, while also leading and mentoring our team of groomers and bathers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert grooming services to our clients, ensuring their dogs receive the highest level of care and attention.
  • Lead and mentor our team of groomers and bathers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with our management team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for our dogs and team members.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in dog grooming or a related field.
  • Knowledge of dog breeds, their grooming and care standards, and tools of the trade.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.
