Job Title: Grill Station Specialist

At Colton's Steak House, we are seeking a highly skilled Grill Station Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items to exacting standards.

We offer a competitive salary of $$$55,000 - 65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including steaks, seafood, and vegetables, to meet the highest quality and taste standards.
* Operate and monitor the grill to ensure precise cooking temperatures and timing.
* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the grill station and surrounding areas.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, cooking temperatures, and food safety practices.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from senior staff members.
* Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot environment.
