We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician to join our Hospital Medicine team as a Hospitalist. As a Hospitalist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
- Refer patients to specialists and relevant patient care components
- Train and supervise medical students and residents engaged in specialty activities and procedures
- Direct and coordinate the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healthcare's credentialing process
