Job Description

At Joshua Tree Experts, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their homes and properties are safe, healthy, and beautiful. We're seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Crew Member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the crew with equipment preparation and daily tasks
  • Ensure safe drop zones for coworkers and the public
  • Perform pruning and reducing operations
  • Operate tree care equipment, including gas-powered saws, pole saws, and chippers
  • Load and unload trucks and chippers with logs, brush, and debris
  • Report to work on time and follow directions from crew leaders and climbers
  • Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and service
  • Adhere to our safety culture and procedures
  • Set up safety and traffic control measures for job sites

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in tree care operations
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work 40 hours or more per week
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
  • Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Excellent communication skills
