Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic school environment. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies with educational goals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development and assessment of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively manage caseloads and collaborate with a diverse team.
