Job Title: HR Representative

Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company (CBW) is seeking a highly skilled HR Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting over 250 employees and driving business success.

Job Summary:

The HR Representative will assist the HR Manager in a broad range of duties, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to grow their career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and source top talent.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Own the hiring process, including pre-employment testing and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Administer HRIS and timeclock systems.
  • Assist in evaluation of department and company metrics.
  • Recommend new approaches to improve efficiency and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-4 years' experience in Human Resources.
  • PHR certification, preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
