Construction Operations Internship Opportunity

Conti Federal Services, a leading global construction and engineering company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Operations Intern to join our team. As a key member of our Project Delivery Team, you will play a critical role in tracking project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring timely project completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Quality Management System and ensure accurate recording of project information.
  • Monitor material yields and optimize operations to minimize waste.
  • Assist with the buyout process, requisition writing, and communication with the Project Team.
  • Contribute to the development of Four Week Look Ahead schedules and assist with paperwork processing.
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accurate for reliable use by all departments and employees.
Requirements:
  • Must be a current student at an accredited US College or University enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program for Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and excellent teamwork, communication, and people skills.
  • Entrepreneurial with a well-rounded business perspective and a solid time management system.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, P6 Primavera, HCSS, JD Edwards, and Expedition software.
