Dishware Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod as a Dishware Specialist.

• Unload, scrape, and organize cutlery and dishes, ensuring they are washed and sanitized to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain work areas, refrigerators, and cooking equipment in a clean and organized state.
• Ensure temperatures of machine cycles are recorded, and wear protective clothing and gloves as required when working with chemicals.
• Uphold all safety, security, and emergency protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in food prep and other duties as needed.

• A minimum of 6 months of related work experience in restaurants.
• High School Graduate or General Education Diploma.
• Maturity in judgment and ability to follow instructions and directives from management staff.

$40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
