Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support endoscopic operations within a dynamic environment. This role focuses on the reprocessing of endoscopic instruments, handling a significant volume of cases daily. Work Schedule
  • Department: Sterile Processing (Endoscopy)
  • Shift: Full-Time Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of patients for endoscopic procedures by reviewing their medical history, positioning them correctly, and ensuring the cleanliness of testing sites.
  • Analyzing and reporting test outcomes, while identifying any discrepancies or errors.
  • Monitoring patients throughout the procedure and promptly addressing any concerning changes in their condition.
  • Maintaining and preparing necessary equipment and supplies for procedures.
Qualifications

Required credentials include:

  • BLS Provider certification obtained within one month of hire or transfer, recognized by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Educational requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with two years of relevant experience, or an Associate's/Technical degree, or four years of applicable work experience.
