Primary Care Physician Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in Indiana, with multiple practice locations available. As a part of the Optum network, you will have the opportunity to work in a physician-led, patient-centered team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists.
- Perform procedures such as simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, and IUDs.
- Work collaboratively with advanced providers to deliver exceptional patient care.
