Key Responsibilities:
Process all paperwork needed to ensure proper warranty start up, Assure all claims are prepared, filed, and collected in a timely manner, Act as a liaison between branch locations and manufacturers on communicating claim issues, Coordinate warranty part return requests, Create and process all appropriate documents required for claim credits, Monthly reporting on all claims and claim status.

Excellent verbal and written communication, Highly motivated, analytical, and well-organized, Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environment, Customer service/problem solver mindset with a friendly and helpful approach.
