Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term acute care setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare teams
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
- Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (e.g. ACLS, PALS, NRP)
- 1 full year of RN experience; Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required
- Holiday Pay
