Work-Life BalanceWe understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a 4-day work week option, with 36 hours of scheduled patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week. Our physicians enjoy personal office space and 2-3 exam rooms per physician, allowing for efficient and effective patient care.
Call ScheduleOur call schedule is shared amongst all pediatricians in the group, with a 1:4 rotation. On-call physicians are responsible for rounding on new admissions, newborns in the nursery, and taking call for deliveries/C-Sections that require assistance. We also have a pediatric hospitalist who provides weekend call coverage, allowing our physicians to have a more predictable schedule.
