Job Summary

The Transportation Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that all trip activities are conducted in accordance with TransCor America (TCA) policies, procedures, state and federal laws, applicable CCA policies and procedures, and Customer contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize routes and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transportation operations
  • Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of transportation laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
